    _______________PROSPECT_______________

The Prospect should gain a very basic understanding of the fundamental rules of AH as well as register for the guild forums by going to https://caguild.forumotion.com/forum.htm

A prospect is expected to follow the commands of Officers and above. Prospects are not usually expected to attend operations, but can be asked for assistance by Officers. Prospects participating in operations are often shown recognition for their extra efforts.

Once a Prospect has registered for the forums, show activity on the forums and guild chat, and attained a strong enough understanding of the Guild fundamentals they will be forwarded by their recruiter to the Personnel Officer for examination. Upon successful completion of the examination, the Prospect will be awarded full membership into AH with all of the rights, responsibilities and privileges that go with it. The requirements to become a Prospect, as well as a full Member, may be modified at any time by the Personnel Officer. As of this writing you must be level 50 or higher to become a Prospect.

    _______________MEMBER_______________

Members are expected to attend operations when they are called and follow orders when they are given. Members should make every effort to make their name known through hard work, loyalty and a positive attitude. Memers should be active on the forums and in group chat. Members are expected to respond to all private messages from Officers. Members should never participate in unethical behavior and need to be good team players. They can also play a role in helping the newer members learn the essentials.

A lot of our operations will require successful coordination and teamwork. To that end and others the forums will be used. Members who are MIA may be put on probation or removed from the Guild entirely as we run out of room. Keep in mind what we expect from you as Members to ensure this doesn't happen.

    _______________OFFICER_______________

As spots become available, members showing supreme loyalty, supreme dedication and supreme activity on the Guild forums and in both group chat and operations will be considered for promotion to Officer. We are allowed 20 Officer positions per Guild; i.e.: 1 Officer out of every 5 Members, or a 1:4 ratio.

Officers will be assigned to the Personnel, Operations, or Communications Officer and help coordinate personnel, operations, or communications activities, respectively. Officers will need to exhibit strong leadership capabilities. They may issue orders to Members and carry out disciplinary actions as needed.

Additional responsibilities will depend on assignment to one of the Staff Officers.

    _______________STAFF OFFICER_______________

The Staff Officers provide a bi-directional flow of information between a commanding officer and subordinate units. The purpose of the Staff Officers is mainly that of providing accurate, timely information which by category represents information on which command decisions are based, as well as making command decisions respective to their positions. The key application is that of decisions that effectively manage Guild resources. While information flow toward the Guild Master is a priority, information that is useful or contingent in nature is communicated to subordinate Officers and Members.

    PERSONNEL OFFICER
The Personnel Officer is responsible for maintaining the "Training Guild" and tasking subordinate Officers in accomplishing personnel objectives. The Training Officer is the ultimate authority on whether someone becomes a Prospect and whether a Prospect becomes a Member and is subsequently passed on to the Primary Guild.

    OPERATIONS OFFICER
The Operations Officer is responsible for all aspects of sustaining the Guild's operations, planning future operations, and tasking subordinate Officers in accomplishing operations objectives. The Operations Officer should obtain information on Members to determine effective strategies, determine and implement the summoning order, and work with the Communications Officer and subordinate Officers to communicate that an operation is taking place.

    COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER
The Communications Officer is responsible for directing all communications and tasking subordinate Officers in accomplishing communications objectives. The Communications Officer is the point of contact for the issue of communications instructions and protocol during operations as well as for communications troubleshooting and issue. The Communications Officer should monitor and encourage activity on all Guild communication outlets: e.g. Guild forums, group chat, etc.

    EXECUTIVE OFFICER
The Executive Officer (XO) is the second-in-command, reporting to the Guild Master. The Executive Officer handles personnel and day-to-day matters and must be appointed by the Guild Master. The Executive Officer tasks Staff Officers in accomplishing Guild objectives. The Executive Officer has all of the responsibilities, duties, and authorities of the Guild Master.

    _______________GUILD MASTER_______________

The Guild Master is the officer in command of the Guild. The Guild Master has ultimate authority over the Guild, and is responsible for everything the Guild does or does not do.
